first_imgHenry Thomas Arthur, 78 of Versailles passed away Wednesday September 13 at UC Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tom was born Wednesday September 28, 1938 in Pierceville, the son of James and Clara (Brunner) Malcolm. He married Sharon (Dudley) Arthur November 21, 1978 and she survives. He worked at Campbell Hausfeld for many years. He enjoyed gardening, cutting grass, fishing, boating, cooking, camping, helping people and doing mechanics.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family.Tom is survived by wife: Sharon Arthur of Versailles; children: Tom Arthur of New Point; Albert (Debbie) Arthur of Milan; David Arthur and companion Lura of Scottsburg; Tim Arthur of Cincinnati and companion Cathy of Milan; Barb (Ron Sr.) Bruns of Patriot; Mel Lynch of Versailles; Chris Arthur and companion Donna of Westport; Jeff (Jen) Arthur of Versailles; April (Kenny) Arthur of Cleves. 25 Grandchildren; 19 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, one child: Mary Arthur, 2 sisters, 2 brothers.Funeral services will be at 7PM on Tuesday September 19, 2017 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral home with Pastor Matthew Bruns officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday 4-7PM also at the funeral home. first_imgTina Marie McKeown 52 of Milan passed away Friday April 6, 2018 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tina was born July 8, 1965 at Kentucky, the daughter of Ronald and Sue (Adkins) Myers. She married John McKeown November 1, 1987 and he preceded her in death May 9, 1998. She had been employed for Milan Auto Supply (NAPA Store). She enjoyed working at NAPA, reading, watching scary movies, enjoying family reunions at Brookville and spending time with her family.Tina is survived by her sons: Jason (Billi Jo) McKeown of Somerset, Ky; Terry Timberlake of Dillsboro; Matthew McKeown of Milan; Joey McKeown of Rushville, IN; daughter: Haley McKeown of Milan; Parents: Ron and Connie Myers of Milan; brothers: Wayne (Judy) Evans of Milan; David “Gene” (Alice) Myers of Osgood; Jack (Cathy) Myers of Milan; Daniel Myers of Milan; Ian Pettit of Milan; sisters: Tonya Glacken of Batesville; Mary Smith Osgood, IN; Lavonne (Jamie) Craft of Milan; Courtney Myers of Moores Hill; Jennifer (Paul) Sloan of Milan and 11 Grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband John McKeown and mother Sue Myers.Funeral services will be 10AM Wednesday April 11 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Harris Long officiating.  Burial will follow in New Craven Cemetery south of Milan.  Visitation will be 5-8PM Tuesday April 10 at the funeral home. COLEMAN SIGNS ‘SWEET’ FIVE YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH THE TOFFEES

first_imgSeamus Coleman has signed a lucrative five-year contract extension at Everton. Coleman enjoyed a stunning season for the Merseyside club last year.His outstanding and consistent performances earned Coleman a place on the PFA team of the year. Sky Sports analysts Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville said Coleman was the best right-back in the Premier League last season.Coleman was also awarded with the Everton fans player-of-the-year award and was given the same accolade by his colleagues.Speculation had linked Coleman with summer moves away from Goodison Park.Arsenal and Manchester United had expressed interest in Coleman, but Everton boss Roberto Martinez insisted Coleman would be going nowhere, and said he would be rewarded with a new contract.
